the free circulation of services and capital among its members, for which the <span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Services Subcommittee <\/span>works based on two pillars:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Position itself as an attractive destination for investment and trade in services; and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Increase investment flows and trade in services, among services, to attract development, innovation and growth for the region.
