{"id":34370,"date":"2026-01-30T20:55:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-31T01:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alianzapacifico.net\/?p=34370"},"modified":"2026-03-01T20:57:36","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T01:57:36","slug":"council-of-ministers-concludes-with-signing-of-the-bogota-act","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticias.alianzapacifico.net\/en\/council-of-ministers-concludes-with-signing-of-the-bogota-act\/","title":{"rendered":"Council of Ministers concludes with signing of the Bogot\u00e1 Act"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>January 30, 2026.-<\/b> Prior to the transfer of the <i>Pro Tempore<\/i> Presidency to Mexico, Colombian Foreign Minister Yolanda Villavicencio led the Council of Ministers of the Pacific Alliance, a body that brings together the Foreign and Trade Ministers of the four countries with the aim of verifying compliance with the mechanism&#8217;s objectives.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">During her speech, the Colombian Foreign Minister thanked the teams for their rigorous work during the week and said that \u201cthe fruits of these technical deliberations constitute the solid foundation on which we will build high-level ministerial agreements today.\u201d<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201cWe are meeting at a crucial moment for our region, where the Pacific Alliance is consolidating itself as a beacon of pragmatic, innovative, and people-centered integration. We will renew the dynamism of our bloc with bold and consensual decisions, in order to deepen a space of shared prosperity that improves the lives of more than 230 million citizens,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">For his part, Manuel Chac\u00f3n, Director of Economic Integration at the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, said that &#8220;in our capacity as <i>Pro Tempore<\/i> Presidency, Colombia has worked with a coordinated technical approach and shared responsibility to consolidate the Pacific Alliance as a mechanism for deep, dynamic, and results-oriented integration.
