Psychosocial Risk Experts identify risks and agree on recommendations for working on digital delivery platforms

November 28, 2025.- The Pacific Alliance Psychosocial Risk Expert Group—Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru—together with the invited MERCOSUR countries—Argentina and Uruguay—developed the document entitled “Guide to the prevention of psychosocial risks in the work of digital delivery platforms.”

The Guide aims to provide recommendations and guidance on the prevention of psychosocial risks in digital delivery platform work, and is intended for all stakeholders, workers, unions and union representatives, OSH professionals in general, employers, and those responsible for policy design in the world of work.

The central chapters provide an overview of the psychosocial risks identified on these platforms and recommendations for preventing them.

It also provides information on the regulatory context and its foundations, considering existing legal regulations and a study on these workers conducted in Chile.
